How does AI scanning work?
Take a photo of any item and our AI will identify it, estimate its value, and research current market prices. The AI uses image recognition and web search to provide the most accurate information possible. Results are estimates and may vary.
What are scan limits?
New users get a 14-day trial with 500 scans. After the trial, the free tier includes 20 scans per month. Pro subscribers ($4.99/month) get 1,000 scans per month.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Upgrade to Pro." The subscription is managed through the App Store and costs $4.99/month. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings > Subscriptions.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." This will sync your subscription status if you reinstalled the app or switched devices.
How does iCloud sync work?
Your inventory data automatically syncs across all your Apple devices using iCloud. Make sure iCloud is enabled for Toss or Keep in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers, including scan history and published shop data. Local data can be removed by deleting the app.
What is the Shop feature?
Items you mark as "Sell" or "Donate" can be published to a shareable web page. This lets you share your items with friends, family, or potential buyers through a simple link.
